MINDFUL MAKERS - Mindfulness Through Creativity, a recurring workshop program for children aged 8-13. I teach children to calm down, manage their emotions, be mindful, and be creative through practice, according to my own original curriculum based on knowledge and cognitive development.

FOURTH THURSDAY OF THE MONTH - PARENT & ME CREATIONS
In October - SPOOKY CATS FAMILY!
Both the parent and the child will paint a part of a shared artwork. Each on their own canvas, so that when finished it creates one joint masterpiece - while also being able to exist as two separate paintings. I will guide you step by step, but the choice is always yours as artists: how much you want to follow along, and how much you want to create with your own imagination.
Join us for the colors of THE joy of togetherness, where you don’t only paint. You create memories with your children. The workshop is designed mainly for parents with kids aged 7-13, BUT if they have younger or older siblings who would like to participate - CALL ME FOR DETAILS, please 773-759-0706.

Meetings where we practice mindfulness together. Mindfulness of ourselves and of others.
Workshops where I share my project idea, demonstrate techniques and steps on how to create it, and then… give full freedom. Everyone has the space to make their work exactly as THEY WANT.
I don’t correct, I don’t impose. But when someone asks or needs support—I am there.
It’s like being a parent. You give an example, you show, you teach, and… you allow freedom, so that the child can create their own life the way they want.
