Individual or Group Sessions?

Individual: Precise work with the body, mind, and energy – primarily with tuning forks, focusing on specific physical and emotional themes.

Group: A space for regeneration and shared breathing – bowls, drums, koshi bells, and tuning forks – sounds that encompass the entire field, shared intention and energy.
