Not what’s next to manifest.
Not working on yourself harder.
Not what else you need to achieve.
Look at what has already grown within you.
Gather it.
Allow yourself to appreciate it.
And damn it, CELEBRATE it.
This Sound Journey is an invitation to do exactly that.
Allow the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks… to soothe your nervous system, release accumulated tension, and create space for gathering, appreciation and celebration.
Our last Sound Journey of this summer before a seasonal break until October.

🌞I’M DISAPPEARING TOMORROW🌞
Tomorrow I’m flying to Arizona, although this time, definitely in a very different way.
If you’ve been here with me for a while, you probably know that when I go to Arizona, I disconnect from the online world. Completely.
😍This time, I’ll be offline for 4 weeks: August 25 - September 21.
❌Zero social media.
❌Zero email.
❌Zero phone calls.
❌Zero texts.
❌Zero Messenger, etc.
🫂Last year, I didn’t do this and that became my lesson to always listen to myself.
✍️If you’d like to contact me while I’m away, you’re absolutely welcome to send me a message. I’ll read it and respond when I return.
💚This trip is shaping up to be completely different from the ones before. And it was supposed to be even more different. This time, besides co-facilitating our annual Slavic retreat with Margo Burdek, it will be, above all, time for myself and the fulfillment of a huge dream of mine.
💚I have no idea what will come from it. I’m giving myself A LOT of space for I DON’T KNOW, for silence, for nature, and for… wherever my heart leads me.
🤗I’ll be back on September 21. And then I’ll tell you what happened on that journey.
