NEW MOON Sound Journey
Group session: exhale • release • invite
Close your eyes for a moment… and imagine what it feels like to finally exhale.
🌑 New Moon Sound Journey is a space where you don’t have to fix, prove, or push anything.
You simply lie down… and let the sound meet you exactly where you are.
Exhale. Release. Invite.
Let go of what no longer belongs… and create space for what’s ready to come in.
This experience includes a gentle guided meditation, breath, and live sound with crystal bowls, drum, and other instruments that support your body in softening, unwinding, and regulating your nervous system.
This is more than relaxation.
It’s a return to yourself.
If this feels like something you need… you’re invited.
Sign up and let the sound carry you.
