Calendula doesn't bloom on demand. It gently opens its petals to the light, following the sun. And when clouds fill the sky, it simply waits.
Pretty often we're not so different.
The busyness of everyday life, endless responsibilities, stress, and tension can cloud our inner sun. But just because it's hidden doesn't mean it's gone. Sometimes, all we need is a little support to help those clouds drift away, so we can reconnect with our own inner light and follow it once again.
The soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, chimes… can become that gentle support.
I warmly invite you to this nourishing Sound Journey - FOLLOW YOUR SUN, accompanied by a short guided meditation and a cup of calendula tea, reminding us to trust our own rhythm and gently turn toward our light.
