Cleavers has a way of clinging to everything it touches. In many ways, we do the same.

Tension, pain, other people’s expectations, old beliefs, and emotions we no longer need can quietly attach themselves to us over time.

During this special Releasing Sound Journey, I invite you to pause, let go, and immerse yourself in an experience inspired by the energy of cleavers growing in my garden. We will enjoy a soothing cup of cleavers herbal tea as part of our evening together.

Release • Unhook • Bloom

Release what no longer serves you. Unhook from what is not yours. Create space for lightness, harmony, and your own blooming.

We will begin with a short guided meditation while sipping cleavers tea, followed by deep relaxation supported by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, drum, Koshi chimes, tuning forks…

Sound that works deeper than words, takes you for a journey to harmony.
A moment where your body can finally unclench.

Short guided meditation followed by live sound immersion of crystal bowls, drums, koshi, tuning forks…

You may notice:
