Sometimes your body is more tired than your mind wants to admit. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or improve anything.

Soft candlelight. A hint of herbs and essential oils in the air. The coziness of a fireplace. And sound that doesn’t demand your attention - it simply surrounds you.

During this group session, you rest while the vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks move through your body.

People often notice that:

✅their breathing deepens on its own

✅thoughts quiet down

✅the body lets go of tension it was holding for too long

There’s nothing to achieve here.

No inner work to push through.

You can just lie down and receive.

I invite you to a magical space of feminine energy. To a safe zone where we can freely express what is hidden deep within our hearts. To a quiet place of complete connection, understanding, and support. Here, there is no room for criticism or judgment. This is an oasis where we can simply be ourselves, fully and authentically, and delve into our inner selves.

Join our circle and allow yourself to experience moments of harmony and acceptance, surrounded by the energy of women, the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, drums, tuning forks, koshi bells..., meditation, herbs, dance...

💚Sometimes the simplest gesture - painting together - becomes a conversation between hearts.

💚Let’s Paint Our World With Love is an evening to slow down, to truly see your child, maybe in a new way. To give them something no toy can replace: your mindful presence. To remember that love is not only the words “I LOVE YOU”.

💚This is not “just another class.” It is a space where, through meditation in motion, breath, and painting, you calm the body, truly see one another, and deepen your bond. And beyond memories, you take home simple experiences and tools you can return to in everyday life.

💚No judgment. No pressure to create “beautiful” art. Here, the process matters more than the result.

💚It is quality offline time that stays in the body and in the relationship long after the workshop ends.

💚A small group ensures that every child and every parent is seen.
Because when a child feels seen, cooperation and calm come more naturally.
