• herbal medicine (at Arizona retreats, co-led with Margo's soul sister Małgosia Burdek)

Where do the retreats take place?

I take you where nature whispers to your soul. Sometimes close, sometimes farther. But always – deep.

• Local retreats – close, yet deep.

  • I organize them in charming corners of Illinois and neighboring states.

  • These are usually weekend trips that give you time to breathe, regenerate, and connect with what is real.

  • I lead them with mindfulness for you and your readiness. You will immerse yourself in sounds, breath, art, a circle of women's POWER, and a silence that doesn't judge.

• Retreats in Arizona.

  • These are longer trips to selected locations in Arizona – full of space, light, and earthly power.

  • I co-lead them with my soul sister, Margo Małgosia Burdek, an herbalist and energy coach.
